Training
All of the camps are open to absolutely ALL fitness and ability levels. It is very difficult to imagine how this can be, if you feel you are at either end of the spectrum. How can a person who has never exercised in their life attend the same camp as a competitive triathlete? The way that each session is managed and designed, ensures that everyone works at their own pace.

Personal Bootcamp
You will be guided and motivated by highly trained instructors who will guide you on your journey to health and fitness. Every instructor is different and we will push you beyond what you thought you could do to get you in the best shape of your life.
After only 4 weeks of varied group fitness sessions you can expect weight loss, increased confidence and improved self esteem. You'll make new friends who will welcome you in to our boot camp family and join you and guide you on your journey.

Group Outdoor Training
We are delighted to announce that, we’ve returned to outdoor training sessions alongside our online timetable. We’ve COVID-19 procedures in place to ensure member safety. Our brilliant trainers offer you everything from park-based group fitness to online yoga, Pilates, weights, boxing and HiiT training.
We build a supportive, positive, social atmosphere to deliver the best fitness results for our members. The training is deliberately challenging but we motivate everyone to work at their own pace, within their abilities.

Yoga Bootcamp
We cater for all abilities from sedentary people with very little or no current exercise, all the way through to those who train regularly to a high standard. Adaptation is the key and all our highly experienced trainers guide you through carefully constructed group exercise sessions making each session challenging, achievable and enjoyable for everyone in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment
